Cllr Thaya Idaikkadar has taken over as leader of Harrow LBC, following the resignation of previous leader,Cllr Bill Stephenson.

Cllr Idaikkadar was elected at a meeting of the Labour group on 23 October. As part of a phased handover, Cllr Stephenson will continue as leader until the next full council meeting on 8 November.
