Greg Clark is facing fresh calls to devolve more powers and freedoms from council leaders in the South East of England and Lincolnshire.

The leaders of West Sussex, East Sussex and Surrey county councils have written a joint letter to the communities secretary, calling for a meeting to discuss a list of ‘devolution offers' they would like to see on the table, including economic growth, school places and housing.
