‘Multiple repair failures' over 18 months by Hammersmith & Fulham LBC left a family in ‘unsafe conditions,' the Housing Ombudsman has ruled.

The Ombudsman found ‘severe maladministration' in respect of the council's response to requests to sort out ‘unsafe and rotting' windows, a smoke detector, extractor fan, leaking roof and mould.
