Dozens of council chief officers, councillors and frontline workers return to work this week with their dedication recognised in the New Year's Honours List.

Outgoing Camden LBC chief executive Moira Gibb becomes a Dame (see interview here) while Ian Sumnall, chief executive of Arun DC receives an OBE and Mark James, chief executive of Camarthenshire a CBE.
