Neath Port Talbot Council looks to become one of the first local authorities in Wales to transfer adult social care services to an arm’s-length company.

Neath Port Talbot Council looks to become one of the first local authorities in Wales to transfer adult social care services to an arm's-length company.

The council's cabinet voted last week to draw up a business case to outsource the service, with a view to moving the service over by March 2017.
