Staffordshire CC and Stoke-on- Trent City Council have issued a report outlining how Wave 2 City Deals could drive growth and regeneration across the two areas.

Launched at the LGA Conference on 2 July, the report Powerhouse Central: Changing Partnerships details how the two councils could deliver a sub-regional energy strategy, unlock new sites for development, commercialise scientific research and development and address the local skills gap.
