Council pledges £3m to rev up Silverstone Heritage Experience

South Northamptonshire DC has guaranteed a £3m loan to build a new visitor centre at the home of UK Formula One.

South Northamptonshire DC has guaranteed a £3m loan to build a new visitor centre at the home of UK Formula One.

The local authority has agreed to underwrite the loan to help build the Silverstone Heritage Experience, which will open its doors at the racetrack in 2019.
