Conwy CC has criticised the Welsh Government plans for having a negative view of council-run services in its official response to the current White Paper on reorganisation.

Members of Conwy met on 20 April to approve their response to the White Paper, which raises a number of concerns about central plans to cut the number of local authorities in Wales.
