Council seeks to allay fears over chemical weapons disposal

Cheshire West and Chester Council has sought to reassure residents over the disposal of Syria’s chemical weapons in the area.

Cheshire West and Chester Council has sought to reassure residents after it was announced that Veolia's Ellesmere Port plant is to play a key role in disposing of Syria's chemical weapons.
