It has been a (or another) busy few days for Birmingham City Council, with the latest update from the improvement panel, and the launch of the Boundary Commission's review of governance.

The letter to the secretary of state may be complimentary about many aspects of the improvement journey, but it provides a withering attack on the political leadership.
