Councils serious about forming CA

Thurrock Council and Southend-on-Sea BC have become the latest councils to openly talk about forming a combined authority.

Thurrock Council and Southend-on-Sea BC have become the latest councils to openly talk about forming a combined authority.

Southend-on-Sea's cabinet met on 20 January, as The MJ went to press, to discuss working with Thurrock Council to form a combined authority or an economic prosperity board.
