Former Barnardo's boss Martin Narey vents frustration at 'slow' and 'not fit for purpose' adoption system.

Speaking at yesterday's launch of an expert panel tasked with overhauling a system ministers have labelled 'slow and unnecessarily bureaucratic', Mr Narey expressed his exasperation with the current adoption system, gained from experience reporting to children's minister, Tim Loughton.
