Two councils have raked in three times more than they expected after using £125,820 of government funding to fight business rates fraud and evasion.

Two councils have raked in three times more than they expected after using £125,820 of government funding to fight business rates fraud and evasion.

Boston BC and East Lindsey DC had forecast they would uncover £1.1m in under-assessed business rates between 2015 and 2018 but actually brought in an additional £3.3m between them.
