Councils blame cuts for rise in 15-minute visits

The number of councils in England commissioning 15-minute homecare visits has risen in the past year as the finance squeeze continues, research by trade union Unison has found.

The number of councils in England commissioning 15-minute homecare visits has risen in the past year as the finance squeeze continues, research by trade union Unison has found.

Some 74% of local authorities still commission 15-minute visits compared to 69% in the same survey last year.
