Councils must not forget needs of blind, warns charity

The RNIB has warned that support services for blind and partially-sighted people could be at risk.

The Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) has warned that support services for blind and partially-sighted people could be at risk in nearly half of all local authority areas in England.
