Councils give green light to trading plans

Bolton MBC and East Cambridgeshire DC have become the latest local authorities to give the green light to plans to form their own council-owned companies.

Bolton MBC and East Cambridgeshire DC have become the latest local authorities to give the green light to plans to form their own council-owned companies.

Both councils are going to use the local authority trading company (LATC) model to deliver services and generate additional funds.
