Local government has lost a lot of talent and will need to work hard to grow the next generation of talent, a leading chief executive has claimed.

Interim chief executive at Liverpool City Council, Theresa Grant told The MJ: ‘The jobs are getting harder and it's getting harder to attract the talent.'
