Councils can make use of a sector specific software framework supporting a wide-range of activities such as planning and social care from reconfigured Whitehall buying agency, Government Procurement Services (GPS).

Divided into nine lots the services available include applications for revenue benefits and finance, social care, libraries and leisure, social housing, waste and environmental health, highways, transport and planning.
