Council's prayers ruled 'unlawful'

Bideford Town Council in Devon acted unlawfully by allowing prayers to be said before meetings, the High Court has ruled today.

The National Secular Society (NSS) pursued the court action after an atheist councillor, Cllr Clive Bone, complained.
