Pressure on Capita has been turned up a notch by a group of councils that have renegotiated their contract for HR, IT and finance services.

The Five Councils Partnership was created in February 2016 after Havant BC, together with Hart, Mendip, South Oxfordshire and the Vale of White Horse DCs decided to use their collective purchasing power to outsource a range of corporate and facilities management services.
