Councils in Yorkshire are looking at whether they can take legal action after the Government pulled the PFI funding for two major waste projects.

The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) announced on 22 February it was withdrawing the offer of PFI credits for waste infrastructure schemes in Bradford and Calderdale, North Yorkshire and York.
