Councils sign multi-billion pound deals

Barnet LBC and Sheffield City Council have signed multi-billion pound deals to transform their areas and create new jobs.

Barnet LBC and Sheffield City Council have signed multi-billion pound deals to transform their areas and create new jobs. 

The London borough has sealed a £4bn agreement with development partners Argent Related and Hammerson and Standard Life Investments to transform the area, with a new town centre, homes and schools.
