It is ‘scandalous' that smaller firms are not getting a fair share of public sector contracts, the chairman of the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) has said. 

Reacting to a new report published by the FSB, Mike Cherry stressed the role small businesses play in creating jobs and driving economic growth.
