Councils have warned the NHS not to grab back responsibility for key public health services.

Councils have warned the NHS not to grab back responsibility for key public health services.

The plea comes after a new review, commissioned by the County Councils' Network (CCN), found that the transfer of public health to councils in 2013 had a positive outcome.
