Nottinghamshire CC has joined forces with three East Midlands companies in an effort to avoid the cost of repeat bidding for individual construction projects.

The four-year framework agreement with Interserve, Marriot Construction, and GF Tomlinson Building will see the partners work together on a range of construction projects, including schools, libraries and offices, with individual contract values above £350,000. Four projects worth a total of £12m have already been allocated via the framework, which all councils in the region have been invited to join.
