The County Councils Network (CCN) has called for ‘radical public sector reform' in the run up to the General Election.

 'It can no longer afford to ignore the wishes of the people of England - who clearly want more say in their own lives. And it can no longer afford to ignore Counties - who have proved time and time again that they can deliver.'
