Staffordshire CC has published ambitious plans to ‘get tough' with care home operators who are failing to provide high-quality care.

The local authority published a ‘green paper' last week, entitled A revolution in care quality, which includes proposals to name providers which have received upheld complaints, or where the council has suspended contracts.
