Questions are still being asked regarding the implementation of the New Homes Bonus (NHB), with opinions firmly divided on the issue, The MJ can reveal.

Last week, the Campaign to Protect Rural England (CPRE) said it had received legal advice which suggested the NHB was potentially illegal.
