Coventry's leader eyes CA deal

The leader of Coventry City Council said she might be prepared to join forces with the new West Midlands and Black Country combined authority.

The leader of Coventry City Council said she might be prepared to join forces with the new West Midlands and Black Country combined authority.

Cllr Ann Lucas said if Coventry agreed to join the newly-announced combined authority it would be the biggest of its kind outside of London.
