The Care Quality Commission has published the second phase of its review of services for people with learning disabilities.
The watchdog published 10 reports yesterday, which is part of a wider programme of 150 unannounced inspections of hospitals and care homes that look after people with learning disabilities.
The first five reports were published last month and highlighted concerns about leadership and governance and found a lack of understanding about what safe, person-centred care should look like.
But there were no major overall concerns found at any of the 10 locations in the second phase, and only moderate concerns at two.
Specifically, in relation to the care and welfare of people who use services, there were minor concerns at one location and moderate concerns at five.
A final report with the findings of all the inspections will be published in the Spring.
