Creating an imagining culture

Building ‘a more open, transparent, free-thinking culture where imagination thrives within our teams’ is crucial, and is especially important during the pandemic, argues Professor Donna Hall CBE.

There has been a lot written over recent weeks maligning councils with a poor culture. These are places where it isn't acceptable to have healthy and robust questioning and, as a result, poor decisions on important stuff go unchallenged.

I'm sure we have all experienced this at some point in our careers. It isn't unique to the councils that have been highlighted and survives in many organisations, both public and private.
