Ilyas Inayat has been appointed as creative director of m-four, the in-house creative agency for Manchester City Council.

He replaced Ian Smith who left to join Corporate Culture in London. Mr Inayat joined the department three years ago as a freelance designer from Glasgow where he worked for a number of different agencies. He was taken on as a senior designer and has been filling in for Ian Smith since his departure.
