Brighton & Hove City Council's ‘community repaint' scheme has found good use for more than 1,000 litres of leftover paint.

The scheme – run in partnership with the city council, Sussex Central YMCA and Veolia Environmental Services – offers the extra paint to local community groups and organisations.
