Campaigners have renewed their warnings about NHS reforms as MPs begin to debate the controversial Health and Social Care Bill again.

The British Medical Association (BMA) wrote to all MPs last week in the build up to the third reading of the Bill, which began in the House of Commons on Tuesday (6 September).
