The crowdfunding website Funding Circle has insisted it remains committed to local authorities despite the end of its partnership with Herefordshire Council.

A spokesman for the company said it remained ‘positive' about their other local authority partnerships, after Herefordshire Council announced its joint venture had ‘served its purpose'.
