Spacehive is a funding platform for ideas that bring local places to life. More than 40 local authorities from Sunderland to Swansea are using it to encourage their communities to take the lead in improving their neighbourhoods. By giving alongside the crowd, their funds go further, with investment typically multiplied by three times.

Crowdfund Cotswold was launched in February 2021 by Cotswold DC as part of its vision to create a greener, more connected, and healthier district. Cotswold communities have enthusiastically backed the initiative and more than £250,000 has been pledged to locally led projects since it began. The district council has achieved an impressive impact, often reserved for larger scale programmes in cities and counties.
