Croydon LBC has appointed a permanent director of legal services and monitoring officer.

Stephen Lawrence-Orumwense is set to join the council later this year, having served as the divisional head of legal services and deputy monitoring officer at Haringey LBC for the past decade and previously at Sutton LBC.
