Croydon LBC has announced a new chair of its local authority trading company (LATC).

Sarah Charles has taken up the role at Croydon Care Solutions, the council-owned company which runs some of Croydon's social care services. As the council is the sole shareholder in the company, any profits and dividends produced by the LATC will be paid back to the town hall.
