Highland Council will begin a ‘complete redesign' imminently after ‘significant' cuts to staff numbers and service budgets.
It said the ‘urgent' financial outlook and an environment of ‘perma-austerity' meant council bosses needed to renew local priorities and explore how best to use the public when running services.
