Shadow health minister, Emily Thornberry, has warned that people might see the ‘taking apart of social care', as demand continues to rise and budgets are cut.
Speaking to The MJ, Ms Thornberry said adult social care budgets would continue to come under pressure over the next few years, as the coalition's spending cuts took effect.
