Barnet and Harrow LBCs have reaffirmed their commitment to their shared legal service despite a damning report into how councillors were given wrong advice.

Joint legal service, HB Public Law (HBPL), failed to comment or give advice on reports on political proportionality and members' allowances before they were considered and voted on by councillors at Barnet's first meeting under a new committee structure.
