It was a heartfelt message of thanks to local authorities that went out from Green Party MP Caroline Lucas.

Ms Lucas wanted to loudly shout her appreciation for the leadership that councils had shown during the COVID-19 outbreak and for the ‘contribution made by their essential workforces'.
