Civica has created a strategic partnership with three district councils in Worcestershire to handle revenues and benefits and other back office functions for all three authorities.

The partnership aims to save Malvern Hills DC, Worcester City Council and Wychavon DC £3m over five years and will establish a centre of excellence in the area, which will provide services to the local authorities and other public sector organisations. Initially, it will handle the revenues and benefits service for all three councils and could expand to include other areas as time goes on.
