If we are not only to tackle, but solve the complex social problems of the day, then the go-to methods for transformation such as restructuring organisations and refining quality assurance frameworks aren't going to cut it.
The knotty human issues that characterise complex social problems require a qualitatively different way of looking at them. They demand we challenge ingrained assumptions about quality and value, that we liberate different voices and carve out space for new and wholly different types of relationships. For this we need innovation.
