The Prime Minister hit the national headlines last week, after he sent a letter to Oxfordshire CC leader, Cllr Ian Hudspeth, in which he said he was ‘disappointed' at proposed cuts to frontline services including elderly centres and libraries and the ‘unwelcome and counter-productive proposals to close children's centres across the county'.
