Denis Hampson, chief emergency planning officer for Cleveland for the past eight years, has retired.

Denis Hampson, chief emergency planning officer for Cleveland for the past eight years, has retired.

Mr Hampson managed the Cleveland Emergency Planning Unit, which delivers an emergency planning and resilience service to the four local authorities across Teesside, and also the multi-agency Local Resilience Forum partnership.
