The Department for Education's call for evidence on SEND finances doesn't impress

We have had a lot of calls for evidence on public finance lately. Most feel like useful contributions as we do more with less.

Given the current national crisis on special educational needs and disability (SEND) funding for children, it was great to see the Department for Education (DfE) call for evidence on provision and how the financial arrangements work for those who need alternative provision.
