Derby City Council's chief executive has been appointed to the same role at Worcestershire CC, to fill the shoes of Clare Marchant.

Ms Marchant announced her departure from the council in April, after serving in the role for seven years, to become chief executive of the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS).
