The chief executive of Atkins in the UK and Europe has predicted the devolution agenda will boost the number of local infrastructure projects.

Speaking before yesterday's Autumn Statement, Nick Roberts said the ‘early signals' coming from Westminster were that the Government would continue to support the building of key projects and he was ‘optimistic' about the future.
