Four in five want devolution vote

Four out of five English adults think local people should vote to decide whether powers are devolved to their area, a survey has found.

Four out of five English adults think local people should vote to decide whether powers are devolved to their area, a survey has found.

The ComRes survey of more than 1,700 people commissioned by the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) found the public was concerned about devolution plans being implemented without their views being sought.
